How we deliver, and what it costs to start

Practice areas say what we handle. This page explains how we work with you and how fees are agreed — in writing, before anything begins.

Our services

  • Legal consultation

In our office, by video or by phone. We review your documents and give you a clear view of your options.

  • Case assessment and written opinion

A written memo on your position, risks, likely costs and the route we recommend.

  • Court representation

Statements of claim, defence memoranda, hearings and expert sessions before the Courts of First Instance and Appeal.

  • Contract drafting and review

In Arabic and English, so both sides understand what they sign.

  • Legal notices and demand letters

Formal notices, including notarised notices where the law requires them.

  • Negotiation and settlement

We negotiate and document settlements that hold.

  • Execution follow-up

We pursue your judgment until the amount or right is recovered.

  • Business retainer

A fixed monthly fee covering agreed consultation hours, contract reviews and priority response.

  • Clients outside the UAE

We act under a power of attorney and meet you by video.

How fees work

Fees depend on the matter's complexity, stage and forum. We offer fixed fees per stage, hourly rates for advisory work and monthly retainers for businesses. Court, expert, translation and notary costs are separate and listed in your engagement letter. The final fee will not materially exceed the agreed estimate without your prior approval.

  • Fixed fee per stage

For court matters: a set fee for each stage, such as first instance, appeal or execution.

  • Hourly rate

For advisory work, contract reviews and opinions, with an agreed estimate.

  • Monthly retainer

For businesses that need regular advice and priority response.

What to bring to your consultation

  • Emirates ID or passport
  • Contracts and invoices
